Delete your account or study data.

Recall Harbor is developed by Bitter Softworks.

Inside the app

1. Open Settings and choose Delete online account.
2. Enter your password to confirm your identity.
3. Confirm deletion. Your sign-in account, server usage records, purchase association and temporary AI results are removed.

Your local study library remains on the phone. To remove it, choose Settings → Delete all local study data, delete individual decks, or uninstall the app. Exported backup files remain wherever you saved them and must be deleted there separately.

Without the app

Send a request from the email address associated with your Recall Harbor account to davilamschool@gmail.com, with the subject “Recall Harbor account deletion”. Say whether you want the entire account deleted or only specific stored data. We may ask you to verify ownership, but will never ask for your password or payment-card number. Verified requests will be handled within 30 days.

Subscriptions and retained information

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription or erase Google's payment records. Cancel in Google Play before deletion to prevent future renewals. Limited records may be retained where required by law, to resolve a purchase dispute or to prevent fraud. Operational logs and provider backups may remain until their normal retention periods expire.
